hi sir. youre welcome! not really familiar with the red hare 7 as shadow essential 2 is the only Li Ning Shoe i have the worn and tested. But what i can see with the red hare 7, its more like the tempo shoe between the two. Its like comparing a Nike Vaporfly with the Nike Tempo
Sir bumili din ako and na try ko kanina, bouncy sya super. May 5km sana ako, pero 3km palang feel ko na may hots spot na sa paa ko na parang mag kaka blister na and parang hindi ako comfortable. Baka po ba kasi bago palang at need pa e break in para maging comfortable? Or hindi para sakin tong sapatos? I wanna hear your thoughts po. Thankyou
hey man, salamat sa pag comment. san banda mga blisters? is it in the heel/toe/middle area? sa size baka try mo half size up. or you can also try mga socks na hindi cotton. meron ako ma recommend na socks yung sa decathlon socks. mura lang sila at 3 in 1 pa. after purchasing this decathlon socks, hindi na ako nagkablisters kahit pa 21k runs ko.
@@matthewlyndoncalvo4954 try "running" specific socks, you can look at them in department stores/decathlon/online. most of these socks ay manipis or arent even cushioned. so try that and see if you will have blisters.
Sayang walang 11.5 size huhu nagaalangan ako sa 11 since you mentioned to go one size up. Pero sa vaporfly 3, I'm a size 11 e. Still not recommended pa rin? I'm also size 11 sa deviate nitro 2
yes, i recommend to go half size than your usual size since its the toebox is narrow. but, hopefully meron available 11.5 size in another colorway. just look for it in lazada or shoppee. halos nag sale na ito sa 2 online shops. if not, baka mag try ka maybe 361 degrees or xtep na shoe brands. halos same lang tech nila with Li Ning.
@@einharjar Thanks sir! I now use the super affordable runfalcon 3 of adidas and it just fits my feet perfectly. I will go for 10US for Li Ning Btw, it's now priced at 4K online. :D
3k ko nabili boss haha... hintay2 lang tlga.. I've been running for 15 years now puro Nike adidas lang ako wala pako pakialam sa price noon. Kaso nong nagkapamilya na naghahanap nako ng mura pero quality na running shoes. So sinubukan ko muna ung Li ning light wiegth nabilo komlang ng 2700. Ang ganda cushioning pang daily training lang. So yon pamula non abang2 ako sale ng Lining. Performance for the price sulit!

Ive been using lining budget shoes under 4k Hare 7 i think. it was very light and durable. Planning to buy shadow 2 soon

yes, its better to have to half size up. so yeah, you should be 10 for this shoe as the toe box is a little narrow.

the foam is comfy, however the tongue area and toe area will be abit tight if you choose your usual shoe size. So, i recommend you go half size up
