Perhaps from both sides, how it affects each of you mentally, physically, emotionally etc? I think this is such a common life moment that it could possibly help other in a similar situation. unfortunately it hasn’t been from a positive reason - i had a stomach ulcer which resulted in some issues with my stomach that i’m hopefully getting rectified soon 💕
