It is important to have enough crockery that is free of metal/ metallic detail so that you can microwave it, also some plates are too big for the microwave. xx ♥
We have this vitamin in Australia called Arma Force literally everyone takes when they're sick, it truly helps. Highly recommend vitamin c and a multivitamin daily.
Oh my gosh I know this feeling of your body fighting a flue or something like that, but you never get too ill, so well. It's so annoying. I have this right now too. I always feel like people don't believe me that I'm ill, because I don't look ill. I just feel so weak. And existing feels hard. 😅
