However, there is one exception to this rule - S.P.B, the greatest miracle ever since the human evolution. However, KJ's voice has some melancholic and devotional tint but lacks all the traits S.P.B possesses. Only his voice can sound masculine, bold, soft, energetic along with astoundingly sweet and melodious, which make S.P.B stand out among all other male singers. When it comes to choice of preference, S.P.B ruled over Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada, while KJ only ruled over Malayalam., whiles chosen only for some slow and sad songs in other languages. Likewise, S.P.B gave numerous hits in Bollywood and His popularity in North India is comparable to that of Rafi and Kishore, whereas KJ is not as renowned in this region. If KJ is truly unbeatable, then why was S.P.B the first choice for all music directors in Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada? and considered him only pathos. It's a question worth pondering. Moreover, it's important to note that K.J. Yesudas has sung nearly half of the songs that S.P. Balasubrahmanyam has sung for. KJ is such a limited singer as one can't imagine him to be singing for Chiranjeevi dance beats or Rajinkanth's energetic songs, or for any non-soft songs for that matter. Conclusively, KJ can not even beat 10% of SPB.

Dasettan is my person I look up to! His humility, compassion and always devoting his life for arts. He is one in a billion. Then SPB sir and Chitra Chechi are legends too! I miss SPB sir every day! We lost one of our treasures! The camaraderie between these 3 is unique and will never see such things now! I never had the luck to see SPB perform on live! Miss you!
