I found that making yourself available transparent and a one page contract makes it more convenient and attractive for buyers. I’m not into interviewing and having a long list of demands for someone to own one of my puppies I want my puppies to go to good homes but I also don’t want to burden my customers and scare them away by demanding things that are absurd. Like neutering a week of picking puppy that’s ridiculous. I sell my puppies before 8 weeks just by word of mouth from people who have my previous puppies and outings that they inquire of my dogs as I keep them in show coat my customers keep coming back for future puppies. Unlike when I purchase my first champion sired puppy the breeder was demanding co owning and showing the dog 3 times a month and the puppy be a titled championed by 1yr old to be given full rights and ownership at the end I couldn’t do anything with that dog because by the time he was championed I was worn out. I was traveling across states showing my dog to earn points it was extremely expensive and time consuming I didn’t want to breed at all. Akc registered Show breeders make it difficult for people to own purebred dogs. 20yrs later I love truly love placing my Akc registered puppies into family homes with no absurd demands but good care and plenty of love that is my biggest reward no matter what happens if they show or they don’t I’m just happy to know they are in loving good homes ❤.
YOU ARE THE BEST & MY FAVORITE BREEDER to learn & listen to! I take everything you say to heart. You have so much wisdom & knowledge & MOST of ALL you are so willing to educate & mentor Breeder’s coming behind you without judgement & 95% of “reputable ethical” breeders are is closed minded & hateful!!
Im not comfortable having people call to my home to pick up puppies. So instead I provide video calls weekly from 4 weeks old and lots of photos and videos. I then usually deliver the puppy to their families home. Its completely obvious my dogs are spoiled rotten and cared for with love...and yet, people still push to call to my home...any advise on a phrase or approach to gently let people know its not an option?
Make sure you are interviewing applicants thoroughly! Must fill out puppy application to be approved for a pup. They love knowing that they are adoption approved! Most importantly, this keeps dogs out of shelters if you see something that concerns you! People want the beautiful adoption experience! Give it to them. 🥰 Keep them updated every step of the way until they get their baby! Repeat customers are the BEST testimony of the love and work that you put into your program. You all are amazing!
Thank you for your video on oxygen concentrators, I spent all day trying to put mine into manual pulse mode and finally did it, now to test. Hopefully my cat will have a better chance with her cancer

I have 2 frenchies, a 2 1/2 year old stud and a 12 week old dame. What vitamins and or supplements do you recommend for the adult and puppy?
A quality multi vitamin
Do you take checks and if so do you wait for them to clear before you give them the pup?
Yes and yes
