This is my first time seeing a video from your channel. I think you have a soothing voice and calming presence however you’re using a lot of disempowering language. I wonder how much more effective this video would be if instead of speaking in the negative (you never, you’re not, etc) you spoke more into the positive so that way others can look at themselves positively and therefore help themselves not get in their own way 😊
