I don't plan on meditating per se, however hiking is my kind of meditation, it helps me to clear my mind because I can go hours and hours just being with myself and be thinking (or not thinking) about things. And I plan to hike a lot these months :)

A week or so ago I had the realisation that I'm not a kid anymore and everyone else my age is progressing in their lives leaving me in a state of unrest. I know what I am be doing in the next year (starting university scares me a bit) but sometimes I fail to see how far I have come in the past 2 years.
Great video. It hurts to hear though. Idk where my self sabotage comes from but all of the small easy changes that can help me towards my goals and ambitions always seem to hard. It’s far too easy to wallow in familiar misery.
