I cannot over emphasize the cultural impact that the Mad Max movies had here in America, especially Mad Max 2, The Road Warrior, when us gearheads here in the states first saw the Interceptor we freaked out and wondered what exactly it was and where we could get one, like so many people I didn't understand if it was a customized Mustang or a chassis exclusive to Australia, of course over the years I've learned about it being an Australian Falcon that was based on the Mustang chassis bit back in those pre internet days one had to hope that eventually a car magazine would write an article on them so it took some time for the mystery to be solved.
Also, recently I saw a 1976 Australian movie called Oz, A Rock 'n Roll Road Trip Movie that I really liked, in it is a nicely customized Harley Sportster that has the unitized transmission cut off of the engine with it connected to a Big Twin 4 speed transmission, it's nice custom job.
Recently I've been getting into the "Australian new wave" movies from the 70's and early 80's and just recently learning about them and that the Mad Max movies were a part of that movement in Australian cinema, and the fact that Bruce Spence is involved in so many of them makes them that much better.
Stork, Alvin Purple, The Cars That Ate Paris and others are great movies, and thanks to all the streaming services they can be found on it's like I get to live through the 70's again watching them, it's become my favorite hobby lately.

Im the NIGHTRIDER!!!!
Não clicamos para visualizar um vídeo de um super carro para ouvir música na trilha sonora e sim para escutar o ronco do motor, ele deve ter um ronco bem melhor do que essa música...😢
you have to put something other than the sound of the engine.........
Is that the real McCoy or a replica/Tribute? It's so dang awesome I can't tell?
It is a tribute car, but as you say it is awesome 👍

It’s a movie car replica and the original movie car, had a fake blower, they could switch on and off. This is a replica of the movie car 👍.
