I just received this book from my sister in law who is downsizing. What a treasure! Now I find out she no longer with us😮. I hope to continue her art skills through my own watercolor painting. RIP Claudia Nice.

Hello. Does this book give the actual instructions how to achieve the results from start to finish or just tips on finishing touches? Would a beginner find this useful? Thanks

Not step-by-step instructions. There are however 1,2,3 steps or base layer, overlay, and shadows. I would say this is more intermediate in terms of experimentation. But anyone can learn from it. I hope that helps.
