As a Canadian, it’s awesome how we are in the 9th spot and we only have 38 million people. Our GDP per capita is pretty high too, it’s around 50-56 thousand.
Countries like Canada and Australia are resource-based economies with huge expansive lands. And with natural resources becoming more valuable, all they have to do is dig them out of the grounds. Not that hard to do.

Most of their GDP comes from manufacture, services, construction and real estate. This is the same situation with Australia, their GDP comes mostly from manufacture and services while 10% is from natural resources. A resource-based economy is a very unstable one that won't give Canada and Australia as one of the most safe place to invest.

Contrary to popular belief, China actually UNDERESTIMATES it's GDP because it mostly counts tangible goods produced. This means a lot of services, such as the gig economy, aren't counted unlike in many countries.

Using GDP values by current exchange rates to compare economies is not correct. It's much better to compare economies using GDP by purchase power parity (PPP). And by GDP (PPP) US economy is only the 3rd since 2014 after China and EU
GDP by ppp is only useful for comparing per capita GDP , it is not a good indicator of a country's economic influence on the world ... USA is still more influencial than China because it still has the largest nominal GDP and also an international hagemony of US dollar

This is the same situation with Australia, their GDP comes mostly from manufacture and services while 10% is from natural resources.
A resource-based economy is a very unstable one that won't give Canada and Australia as one of the most safe place to invest.

Contrary to popular belief, China actually UNDERESTIMATES it's GDP because it mostly counts tangible goods produced. This means a lot of services, such as the gig economy, aren't counted unlike in many countries.

According to IMF report on Indian's Economy Prediction of year 2022, India's economy growth percentage will be 9℅ which sounds great for a developing country. Will see what happens next as said hope world will step in new economic revolution where Countries will show there power by becoming more economically strong.

you should understand the 9.5% increase is compared to 2021, which definitely will shrink, not to mention the 2021 is based on 2020's 7.5%, with that said, 9.5% in 2021 is not impressive, which mean the absolute GDP scale is even smaller compare to 2019!
