I think that he might be applying some upscaling technique in post-processing. (I vaguely recall him mentioning thin in a video a while back, but my memory might be mistaken.) It truly does look really good even at 1440p!

Don't think so, but that's a pretty good idea. Honestly I don't know if the players would go for it. Maybe there'd be another rule with it.
