I don't know your name so I'll call you Crusty. 😁. I just bought your book. I AM 70 SO sometimes hard to remember what I used don't have a lot of colors but I get close on pension. Thanks for your videos
It's Ron, Thank you for your support. Having a lot of colors is not always necessary you can make a lot of colors with just the primary colors of Red, Blue, Yellow, and Black. Thanks for buying the book I am sure it will help it has for me.
Nice job! I haven't been able to get the clean yellow stripe yet. Appreciate you sharing.
I'm a Stencil Guy if I can make a stencil to do the job I will. Sometimes to much coffee makes me a little shaky. Thanks for Watching!
Brother I really enjoy your paint session. I plan to do my own baits before long.. I own a taxidermy business. If I can paint fish. I believe I can catch on and paint lures pretty quickly. From Alabama

What type of paint do you use when painting metal spoons like the ones on the cover of your log book? Daredevil type spoons for example
Testers Enamel is Great for painting metal blades or spoons. Thanks for Watching!
Hey great video! My wife has been really interested and learning a lot from you. I was wondering what the material is that you used for your stencil.
Thats awesome! I have a cricut and I use the temporary vinyl from Oracel you can find it on Amazon. I have a complete video on how I make my stencils. Thanks for Watching!
@@CrustyCranks cool, I'll look for it. Thanks
The bait looks Fantastic....can you tell me where to purchase that squarebill blank from
I usually don't announce because they don't sponsor the channel but look to Barlows Tackle
How do you avoid tip dry when your constantly flicking the trigger
Trigger pressure, blowing air at the end of the "Flick"
are the paints water based how bad does it smell
Water based very little smell
what sticky back material are you using for the yellow line stencil ? thats awesome
I use a removable vinyl that is used in sign making. I'm not sure of the brand since I had a large roll I purchased years ago. It should be a removable brand though because permanent will leave a residue or possibly pull off your paint.
