Awesome project ! I would recommend putting in the seats you plan on using before making the chop & more drop over the frame to see just how much height inside can be eliminated without sacrificing comfort. I like the fenders & running boards look too !
That's gonna make a great hot rod brother ! Square top old p ups r very hard to find ! Have a 32 ford p up square top drove several year and sold it to my dad ! Lots of fun ! Good luck ! 👍🏻✌
A 4" chop is about right, I channeled my cab over the frame 5" in front, 4" in back, that gives the hood some slope to make it look right. You can unbolt the top and remove the top part of the cab then you can make some flanges to bolt the top right back on. Bad Hombre Garage shows the full process on U tube. If I knew how I would insert some pics of the build. If I can get your email address I will send a picture.
It’s going to be crazy with a big block! You’ll be drifting in no time. I was wondering if you were going to run hoods on the top obviously not on the sides
Cool beans yeah like 30 years ago i put 57 chevy truck on a 84 4x4 short wide frame lots of red neck engeineraging but got her did yeah pic by name lol
