they dont hurt you, but its harder than sans if you try to dodge A L L of them.
The hardest part is the wheels and the scrolling credits in lines, that damn long one that only shows up halfway before you hit it sucks

Most people know about the room by now, and because you haven't, please go watch a video or browse a wiki that shows all of the hidden easter eggs in Undertale, rather than finding it out (and asking about it, as many people did) through a channel about learning things through hacking games. No offense meant by this, but it is kind of ridiculous that so many people asked for this video, considering it's pretty well-known easter egg.

Probably wont work, since It's not coded for any other button to lose function
by “valves”, do you mean the boost pads or the background things? neither seem very interesting
if you mean boost pads, that would just work as normal pads probably, with glitches you could regain control over your character and go out of bounds (often used in speedruns), but other than that nothing too big
The whole fight is scripted so it probably wouldn't be easy, if even possible to add elements of it to other fights without problems

This is well known, but it was a nice detail to show that the door remains open after reset. Didn't know that.
Note that Genocide DOES reset it, so you'll have to do it again after completing a genocide route

While a pretty well-known secret I think this video already shows more in-depth of how it works even if you're on other routes lol

Look up the xkcd comic "Ten thousand." Just because it's common knowledge to you doesn't mean EVERYONE knows about it.
Maybe they're new to the fandom. Maybe they only played the game once or twice and didn't even get into the fandom. There are tons of reasons why someone might not know about this easter egg.

On the first stage, the easiest way to dodge is just repeating side 8s to the right (like the hp sign)
So your HP is set to infinity, but what if it wasn’t? Can the credits do damage? What if you died during them?

That's why you use hacker to avoid touching the final credentials of the Pacifist route to unlock the dog's door.

Yes, "literally everyone." All those screencapped comments at the start disprove that immediately. Don't assume that because it's common knowledge in the fandom that there aren't hundreds that have never heard of this.
He made a video about hitting every credit. Asking for dodging all of them is a natural follow up if they weren't aware.
