So if you are a fan of them what's your opinion on Dead Meat? They were what helped me really get into horror and now I can't imagine my life without horror movies or Dead Meat.

That's because the ending was changed, it was supposed to have her head cut off by jason and waved her head in front of the camera as a 3d thing. But it was too gruesome for the time as to why we have this ending

Incorrect, that was supposed to be the dream ending sequence of the film, but the original Jason face that Stan Winston made didn't look right, it was changed for the new one that the makeup artists came up with instead. Then we got the dead Mrs. Voorhees dream sequence.
That was when Jason was human. He’s strong yes but undead Jason is the version with extreme super strength. That is why the biker survived.

The biggest Friday The 13th plot hole was the camp shutting down after Jason drowned.
Camp Crystal Lake would have 10 murders annually and open the next year.
Easily forgotten detail. Parts 2-4 all take place within about week of each other. Part 2 was at a totally different camp on the same lake.
The biggest plot hole was Jason having a sister in Jason Gose To Hell: The Last Friday.

To be fair, this was early installment Jason, so he’s just a big dude with brute strength. Ali survived through pure miracle, but he survived long enough to save Chris from Jason.

He clubbed him twice on the head, it’s not that hard to fathom someone surviving. Real people have been shot in the head & lived.
But Jason already shows in this same movie that his strength is far greater than regular people. He picks Chris' boyfriend Rick up in the air and crushes his skull so forcefully WITH HIS BARE HANDS that his eyeball pops out!

In part 2 he’s shown to have been living in a DIY shack for a long time, so that explains how he was living.

I always thought jason just chopped off his arm. It doesn't look like you beat his head to me.
The human skull is surprisingly sturdy, as it does contain some of a humans most important bits.
People have survived being shot straight through the head, wandered for nearly an hour before receiving medical aid, and been just fine.
Similarly traumatic injuries, such as being bludgeoned by a strong person with a blunt object, repeated strikes to the head, has also been survived many, many, many times.
Although he looks a lot less worse for wear than I would expect, I do believe he could have recovered and been able to hide and even fight like he did later.

1. Ali was always scripted to survive the first encounter with Jason in the barn, in order to return in the finale.
2. Jason wasn't as thorough as he becomes later on. Recall that Ginny, Paul and Chris survived attacks by Jason due to his thinking that he killed them. Paul survived the attack in the lodge and died outside Ginny's cabin. Ginny survived that same encounter. Chris blacked two years earlier.

Jason is definitely extremely strong and very stealthy
I mean his brain was probably doing the two-step but at most it was a very bad concussion. People have survived worse.
A normal person might survive two hits to the head from a wrench, but from someone as strong as Jason, who can literally crush people's skulls, it makes no sense to live.

They went to set fire to the barn...that's what the gas was for. Jason has been blown apart with explosives and returned...it's not impossible for a character to escape death....even if for a moment.
Not really plot armour he knocked the dude out so bad he was unconscious in that barn like all day. Jason just screwed up with Ali, he killed the other two so quick and then probably just assumed Ali was down for the count after he cracked him over the head.

This would be believable since this was still human Jason. But in the same movie they have Jason smash a grown man’s head and the biggest guy in this film not named Jason.

My best guess is when that biker scene happens you still don't know it's not the real Jason Vorheese but someone in disguise. That being said, it's to keep that mysteriousness going making that scene look a bit more brutal. This dude was mental and finally snapped with, from what I remember, still little experience.
