The word basically was used over 1000 times though there is nothing basic about this law. This law is only a tool used by right people for public consumption with no intent to bring an end and conviction.

I’ll gotten money - sometimes in heinous crimes - suspected laundered; why it should not be confiscated! Of course flexible measure could be an option in later found genuine, or not so big offence cases!
