Heavens to mergatrode!! My ex husband checks almost all these boxes. Good grief, how did I give that man 35 years of my life?? 2 years out, I've never felt stronger.
So here' s the list: Being inflexibel Not listening Being judgemental Holding on the grutches Being overly critical Neglecting self-care Avoiding apologies Being dismissive 9. ?
Another awesome video Jonathon. Totally 100% agree that more focus needs to be on getting to know someone before sexual intimacy. Sexual relations too soon often clouds judgement and keeps ths rose-colored glasses on way too long.
Wow I’m so happy to have found your channel! Thank you for NOT getting into the granular crap of relationships! Uggh. A lot of them do that and I don’t need a freak’n script! 😂
I love what you said about being overly critical. It surprised me when you said you don't have any script you've written for your videos/live streaming. You are so articulate and I envy that. I would stumble over my words a lot if I tried to do what you're doing. I did used to be overly critical about spelling and grammar, but I realize there are more important things to worry about. And anyone who has ever taken a linguistics class or knows the history of the English language understands that there was a time when there were no spelling or grammar rules. They were only created to help people from foreign countries learn to speak English. I tell people this all the time when I see them correct someone's grammar on social media.
Love it Jonathon! "I'm as dysfunctional as the next person" Love your transparency! Yes, catch the red flags and don't turn them green 😬. Thanks for all the great tips and insights!
I am interested in people honestly to get inside their heads, & see what makes them tick. Even in friends relationships with women, I want to know about them. But, after several red flags I will distance myself. I learned the hard way at a younger time in life.
Jonathan, one request.....please tell us how your date went last night (or on 07.25.24 if pre-recorded) on your next live, if you feel comfortable. We are definitely cheering for you and your love life!

I don’t want to go out with any guy who likes to smoke, drink and gamble. I would prefer a godly man.
Similar- feels great doesn’t it?!

Hey Jonathan. I think you should let people know that you get a percentage when people buy your books from Amazon, just to be full disclosure.
