So let me fill in on this light. It is very very bright in Normal or Turbo modes. The strobe function is a waste of energy. I could also do without the glowing bezel ring, since I don't need to know where the light is when it's already in my hand.
I recently used this in a low light pistol class as my handheld light. It offers a lot of flood for a peripheral view. However what it doesn't offer is a HotSpot center inside the beam, which can be a bit of a disappointment. I have not beat mine to death, but I have dropped it on concrete before, and it's still working just fine if I don't count the hickey it received from the fall.
I purchased this purely as a offensive/defensive non lethal item for strikes and temporarily taking away the vision of an attacker. For the less that 50 dollar cost it was worth the evaluation to see how well it might do. I will say the X-Switch is cool, but can also is can be a pain at the same time. You can accidentally turn the light on which in theory could scorch a pair of jogging pants.
I have a modified Thyrm SwitchBack 2.0 attached to the Redline to allow an edge of the pocket carry. But that also gives me light retention, since a Nebo Redline is not a smaller light, but at 1800 Lumens at it's price point I again thought it's worth a look.
i bought the belt sheath. nice light but if you even bump it in the sheath it will turn on and then be dead when you need it

When I hold the small paddle my flashlight only does a slow strobe, the other day I accidentally did something to make it strobe really fast. Can’t manage to turn on turbo mode. Anyone else have their flashlight do this?
At last a flashlight small compacted and can cook burgers. All joking aside, does it have a option of locking the buttons to stop accidentally hitting the on/off buttons when placing it in you jacket pocket or you EDC bag.
If you want show me how a flashlight works, go outside, at night, and light up place! That will tell me what I need to know about a flashlight.

You need to include at least one switch spare. The design of the switch makes it weak and may break easily as some reviewers claimed

Hey there! In the video I said it is a custom built NEBO 6860BAT 18650 battery. 6860BAT is the SKU number for the 18650 battery that comes with the light. Hope this helps!

i disagree. The graph lines on the paper are purposely put there for a more scientific approach at a review, giving an accurate representation of color and falloff.
