DC Electrical Circuit Analysis: Nodal Analysis

  • In this video we introduce nodal analysis. Nodal analysis relies on Kirchhoff's current law and can be used to solve virtually any circuit, particularly those with multiple sources. The process involves creating a set of nodal equations which, when solved, yield a set of node voltages for the circuit. Nodal is also Bucky's favorite analysis technique.

    The diagonal symmetry was new to me, presumably from the nodal arrangement. I always worked out the fractions and substituted them. Your way is 'cleaner' and offers a check. Excellent.
