Yeah if you not feeling safe doing it I would definitely recommend to leave it please. As it is safety related Nd important to be done properly. Thank you 😀 I appreciate it
Is it safe leaving the jackstand further down than the reinforced pinchweld? Is there another point on the subframe you could lift from so the car can rests primarily on the jackstand rather than the jack?
Yes they are a bit of a pain. Unfortunately apart from jacking it on the subframe and then installing the jack on that safe point there is no other way
My pinch welds have been bent by a previous owner. Is it still safe to jack the car in the place marked with a notch? I am not changing my brakes, but want to clean the reverse of my wheels and also paint my brake calipers.
Gr8 video m8 gr8 explanation and showing stage by stage not skipping parts job well done 👏
Thank you very much
Seeing this, I definitely won't be doing this myself :|. But a very good and thorough video. Keep up the great work !

Great video. If I change the pad where does the sensor plug into the new pad?
Thank you very much.
Usually sensor is already built in the pad. Depends on a brand
Hey, do you know if it's possible to remove the fog light and put in a blank like on the r version?
Hi there. Yes it is possible. You got covers for sell on ebay. I think around £60

Hi there. Yes it still should be safe as long as its not corroded or etc.
What is the standard front brake rotor size for Scirocco 2008 1.4 160 hp ? I want to buy but don't know which size mine has.
I'm.not 100% sure. The best thing is to call Eurocarparts or etc and ask them to check it on the system properly with the reg or vin number
thanks@@AlexTheGrumpyOne
Wish I had one of those guns to remove the carrier bolts when I tried doing mine they were properly tight. I gave up and took it to a garage 🤣
Good gun buddy. I will be doing a give away of one soon! So stay tuned for that 😉
