Seeing this after yesterday's EDG vs GenG at Worlds semifinals, and as an ADC main all I could think about watching those games was that this man is sucha fucking GOD on Lucian. Totally not surprised this video turned out to be EDG's Viper. Unbelievably good.
I feel like fundamentally it more comes down to whether or not your support is willing to play something that complements lucian's passive than anything else.
About smurfs, yes riot can easly track who is smurfing, but i think sometimes its too much. I played so much normals taht i had 150 before rankeds, and i had about 95% wr all the way to gold, then sudennly i just started to play vs PLAT 1, and my WR in gold was 20%about (56% in overall) and i tilted and done new accont, in silver i got about 75% wr and in gold 60% and i stopped climbing at plat 2. But i m trying to watch every guide and train to climb.
