Diagnosing an electrical circuit pt.2

I was here last week at the end of the day. Customers had engineers doing a site visit to plan renovations. They found a rooftop hvac unit with a blower panel missing. I was called there to inspect unit for damage. I found the unit had a blown main fuse. Upon visual inspection of blower motor I didnt see any damage.
