Just did this GORGEOUS hairdo for my daughter's senior prom tonight. OMG it was STUNNING!!!! Beth, i'm not even a quarter of the way through the video, I didn't know you could even curl hair with a flat iron like that. I've been watching you since 2010, but I have not been paying attention to hairstyles or taking much trouble because I got telogen effluvium and 60% of my hair fell out, but I'm trying to volumize and find other hairstyles for it so I've been working with it for the last two months. I had no idea you could put waves or curls in with a flat iron like that so quickly, I haven't even started the braid yet and I am thrilled! I have a lot of my volume back!!❤❤❤

Lovely as always. BTW its been my vast experience with brides that fake flowers, which are very realistic, stand up much better and don't wilt like the real thing does over the course of the day and evening.
The flowers we used were only put in for photo purposes🌸 she wasn't going anywhere afterwards so it wasn't a big deal that they didn't last, i have always used fake flowers or head pieces when styling wedding hair🤗

It looks like the sweet heart hair volumizer that was available on amazon but is no longer in stock.
I really want to do this style for my daughters wedding but she wants it to drape over one shoulder. is it possible to do it exactly like you did and drape it or does the hair need to be specifically directed to one side?
I would gently start to angle it over the shoulder as you build the style. Good luck and congratulations to your daughter 💗
