Also, I believe someone else can do a presentation concerning the possible problems that gen z faces. Any idea has the potential to influence you and now is the time where a massive influx of ideas is shared on mainstream media
So kids must be taught to question every idea that they come across, whether it be from a news channel or a social network. I also believe that they should have their own personal phones only after they turn 17 or 18 because it offers a lot of distractions and can deviate a child from his/her academics

You just said they should question everything....so what point in academics if they can't be trusted.

I can tell you personally that my access to technology has significantly improved my academics. It has helped many of my friends. The resources and communities available online simply dwarf anything a single teacher, parent, or textbook could offer. I honestly think young people today are better than their parents at discerning what is and is not a credible claim - we have had to. This is what our status as the first digital natives does for us: we have been shaped by a society severely short on trust. I contend that the ideas you encounter should affect you, even if not in the way the author hoped: every single one. Also, of course a better speech could’ve been done; she’s in 8th grade.

Gen Z has got nothing new to bring to the table.
All they do is criticize our cultural success and dismiss the achievements of the past.
They are the generation of cancel culture and information bias.

Well, if we use our technology wisely, we could become more efficient that the people who came before us. But the human condition is something to be overcome. We naturally have a tendency for disorder and when we overcome that, we become something greater than the average human. As for information bias, there's nothing called an unbiased opinion

@@desmondmiles7718 any saving in efficiency is offset by unsustainable population increase.
No one can question left wing migration agendas without coming under attack by the rabid SJW protestors.
There is such a thing as unbiased information.
When the media and academic establishment provide honest and truthful information then people are able to form their own opinions.
The current situation of politically motivated journalism and educational indoctrination do not allow people to form their own opinions.
Anyone who expresses an opinion outside of their accepted dogma is vilified cancelled and censored.

@@warwicklewis8735 oh I really didn't mean to get into politics. I come from south India where there are very few rabid sjws and all of them are uneducated. What I mean by efficiency is personal development. We can better our attitudes and be more receptive to new ideas. They need not be ideas concerning politics or industrialisation: only on an individual scale that promotes self development rather than the development of a nation

Never has any generation had it so easy.
You live a life of luxury and ease.
The only things you have to complain about are the events of the past.
A past that you judge harshly from the safe soft comforts of a modern ivory tower.
