Steppin' Out Eats Out June 13, 2024

Steppin’ Out host Peggy Scott Laborde welcomes Poppy Tooker, and Ian McNulty, food writer for The Times-Picayune/The New Orleans Advocate, for a special edition on the local Restaurant Scene. Topics include new breakfast spots and updates on places for sushi and cultivated oysters. Also discussed is the development of some recently opened local restaurants that began as “Pop-Ups”.
Steppin’ Out airs Thursday, June 13 at 7pm and is repeated Friday, June 14 at midnight.
The program is also streamed live at WYES.org and can be accessed on the WYES and PBS apps. After the initial airing, the program is available on the WYES Channel on You Tube.
