Just one sin is worth eternity away from God. That's how serious sin is and yet most humans have never come to the place where we hate sin with all our heart
There's always a chance that advocates for criminals/lawyers/judges will decide that a sentence is too harsh and or Suggs is rehabilitated, and Suggs is let out of prison before his sentence is complete. The judge even talks about rehabilitation, and I vehemently disagree with that sentiment or any consideration thereof. There's only one sentence that is fair and just for the victims.
Minnesota hasn’t had the death penalty since 1911, add to the state being heavily Democratic I don’t see it happening. Also, the death penalty does not deter crime, and I wouldn’t risk innocent people being falsely convicted and sentenced to die
No death penalty in Minnesota, not since 1911 Not to mention it’s a lot more expensive to have, due to the appeals it can take 10-20 or more years to administer

It is unfortunate when people kill, their families (those that did not ask for this) are rid of their child or loved ones presence. A child can no longer see a parent, a parent no longer see their parent and so on. It is why when verdicts are read often you hear spectators cry in agony. For the person found guilty yes, they deserve every minute of their punishment. When are they going to learn that while they think they are defending themselves or simply trying to be hip or cool or gang related, that when the prison door shuts on them they also close the doors on their loved ones. The missed opportunities, a child growing up to be a man, a young lady, the mother who agonized in pain bearing you, who told you, "chile, don't do that, be home by dark, don't hang around those people....where'd you get that gun, do what I tell you...I've been your age, etc., etc., etc., You can't get it back, you can't comfort the open wounds of your family or your victims families/loved ones. Acts of fatal violence truly only rob others of the gift of life. ...because yours obviously didn't matter to you.
Sounds like a just verdict. Killers need to be held accountable for their actions. What a cruel and hideous act. Time to take out the trash.
Judge Harris is one of the best.
I like how he explains everything in detail.
304 months times 4, divided by 12, that's 102 years. See ya....
Awwwww you’re so cute 🥰

Love this judge. We need to bring back the death penalty and start using it.
