i tried this tonight..normally i gobble down 4 to 5 rotis within 10 minutes. Today I gave about 10 minutes for 1 roti..and damn!! at 1.5 roti I felt I was overfed. I somehow completed 2 rotis...this stuff works for real (drink your food and eat your drink)

SHAHID AAFRAIDI BHAT mouth is a first step of disgestion if u will eat properly and u will chew properly it will help u no in our mouths so many enzymes are present if u will chew well your will mix in your food your digestive system will work proper then u can pass Ur stool easily in the morning

To be honest after practicing this habit. I am enjoying food, a lot more than I used to. I feel satiated with 60% less food. Now I started getting conscious of real hunger, food and it’s properties. This not a diet, it’s just a right way to eat.

I took small bites and chew the food a lot before swallowing it and I ended up eating less than before.I lost 10 kg in 2.5 months just by doing this but I also drank a lot of water and lessen my Junk food intake.

i have been doing this thing for past 1 month and it is really effective before 1 month my weight was exact 72.3 kg and now after 35 days of doing this exercise which has become habit m weight has become 69.3 kg , so thanxxx a lot sir for getting us to know about this chewing food method and i also say to other people to believe in this .

Great.. It worked for me… I came down to 63kg from 76 in just 1 year. I see a lot of difference like My BP came to a standard from 140/100 ( had this from past 10 years) to 110/80, also with additional benefits of better digestion, better bowel movements, no headaches and so on. I pass this information to many… but most of the time it works when one believes in it. Even my grand ma was saying it number of times on how to eat food, was not getting it. Now this is a habit for me to chew the food and make it like a liquid in the mouth itself. Great help, thanks Sandeep👏👏👏👏

I'm always the last one to finish eating and also the slimmest. I had to do a search because I'd recently noticed a large majority of people chewing enough to swallow food. This video and many others are making a lot of sense.
I've been doing this now for about a month and a half, but I'm losing track. I had my yearly doctor's visit about three weeks into the practice of this chewing, and my blood pressure was lower than it's been in absolute ages, something like 123 over 70. It had been running about 130 over 80. I haven't changed how I eat. I have been on mostly whole fresh/frozen foods for a long time, with almost no junk food such as pizza. I have not been weighing myself, either before or after. But my clothes are fitting better, my stomach has gone down, and I don't have bloating any more. I am feeling better, with far more energy and motivation to do stuff. About a week ago I went out and bought a three-wheeled bike. I am having the time of my life. Before, my energy was taxed just going to the mailbox. I have been riding the bike all over the neighborhood and a bit beyond. Enjoying my food much more, and I am not worrying about what I am eating, or if I should eat such and such. Getting full sooner and this is with still watching videos while I eat. But that is tricky, so be mindful of the chewing.
It's certainly a new habit and takes time to become automatic, lol. But like you, the benefits are undeniable. Better sleep, better energy, no bloating, it's even reversing menopause issues. ❤

It is amazing and how this small trick can change lives and end to so many problems we face which can be easily solved
I have been practicing this concept for 5 days and although it is very tedious and foreign, it does produces results. For one, I rarely have gas and bloating. It requires setting aside longer times at meals, and some foods require more than 32 chews per bite. He mentions it took him about 3 weeks to feel comfortable with it, so I'll give it a while longer and see what happens, but I love the way I feel so far.

Thanks for asking and your comment comes at a time when I've just revisited this concept recently. Actually 2 weeks in. It's very difficult to do I admit, but the benefits are outstanding and I hope to make this a way of life from here on in. I purchased the book The Power Of Eating You Are How You Eat, by Lin Stanchick, and he mentions chewing 50, 100, 150, 200 or more times before swallowing for great health. I definitely feel better, look better, and digestion is awesome when I practice chewing my food thoroughly.

I learnt it very hard way but i appreciate what it taught me that day.
I have been practicing this for last 1.5 months and this simple habit has miraculously changed my life. My digestion system has improved, no bloating, no gastric issues, feels easy all day and comfortable.

Not really defensive, more emphatic about it. I have performed the "big mac" experiment myself, and it was... shall we say, less than pleasant. I have not willingly eaten at Mc Donalds since. And really, that's the point Sandeep was making. He didn't sit down with a list of foods he could and could not eat. Rather, he started really experiencing every food he was eating, and found he no longer enjoyed nasty foods and couldn't stuff himself with junk as easily.

I have heard small bites & chew slowly but the fact is after 10 chew there is nothing left to chew so how it works. U you can have ny thing like that even junk food. How to avoid calories we get from liquid food

I tried this approach and I could see the change immediately. In 3 weeks ~3 kg reduced. One more extra thing I did is Il complete my dinner 3 hrs before I go to bed. Other than this I didn't do anything new.

I've picked this up quite easily, I was usually the 1st one to finish my meals, now I'm usually the last due to chewing my food properly till it's like paste before swallowing and it's already helped me with energy levels, I feel fine after my meals where as before I became lethargic, had heavy eye's and couldn't be bothered to move much.
In Islam it is Sunnah of our Prophet (PBUH) to chew the food 32 times also! God bless u ! and may u prosper more and more!
