I am a new social media agency business owner, I am 3 months into full time traveling, and I guess I am looking for content that I can relate too. I like your mindset - I also am grateful for this video because I am looking to find the best morning routine to help reset my cortisol levels and help me focus 🧘🏻♀️ because that’s what I am to do here in Vietnam for the next 3 months. So if you could expand it will be great. I have had quite a long period of time of hardship and finally feel I am coming through it. So any motivational content would be incredible. Additionally your morning routine where did you get it from with that vision board and affirmations, I love that a guy is also into these great techniques. Thanks for responding. I appreciate it

I graduated college with a degree in computer science but never used it. Instead, I gave it to my mom as a backup plan. For my agency, I've learned everything online.
