1.Turn off your phone
2.Press together power on + volume up + home button until Samsung logo appears on screen
3.Browse with volume buttons "wipe data/factory reset" and select it with home button
4.Choose "yes" and press home button to select it
5.Select "reboot system now"
6.Wait until the phone restarts

firs you must remove your sd card from your phone,do hard reset and at last when ask it for password type 0000 for a few times,and when will ask it to format your card choose yes and everthing will be ok...
