I brought it to a cellular repair shop and the technician told me there's nothing more they could do to fix it. Good thing i thought of browsing the net for tutorial then i found your post. If yours is a Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus S7500(or S7500T) you will need to press together volume up AND volume down + home button + power button until Samsung logo appears on screen, then you should get to the same screen. Just clicking the up volume button didn't work for me :(
