- Dead Fishes have washed ashore beach once again in Chile, the reason for the incident is yet to be identified. Residents say the dead fishes mainly comprised of Anchovies which are mainly found in the Mediterranean sea, locals have pointed out to low oxygen levels in deeper waters as the reason for the deaths.

First its the birds and now fhe fish. Something is going on.
This is happening all over the world, we've just had a mass die of of crabs and lobsters on the East Coast of England.
In Mexico birds fell from the sky and died
the oil spill probably mess up the water ph or increased the ammonia in that area which can burn their gills
methane also from the oil searches before they drill all the way in

Don't forget what a warming climate and agricultural flows of fertilizers are making. Both are adding algae blooms that are taking oxygen out from the water and making more oxygen depleted areas in the ocean floor. These death zones are advancing specially near river areas across the world.
There has been a La Niña going on, so sea temperature should be lower near South America. But it could also bring more cold and nutrient rich water to the surface and make algae blooms more likely.
Scientists have even find out that many fish species are travelling toward colder regions. A small temperature rise in the sea means huge changes, because sea temperature varies only little during normal years. You may see that even a 0,5C temperature change is a lot and you may compare it with human temperature. 37,0 C is still normal, but 37,5 C is mild fever. If you have this mild fever all year round it will take its toll. In overall ocean temperature we have been over that 0,5C temperature for several years or even decades.

Perhaps, but you would find many other fish and marine life also washing up dead that were in proximity to any volcanic disruption.

Fun fact, fishes is plural when refering to many species of fish! Fish is the plural of fish when refering to multiple of 1 species of fish.

It is alarming n sad that due to increase in water+oil+air pollution largely caused by the industrial waste; literally manufactured by Select entities of Big shot individuals to sustain consumerism + capitalism (Aka greed 4 powr+money).
