They say you have to beware of the people who have the nice cars because people will go buy a 70k 80k 100k car before they buy a home and if things go south they would rather pay they car note before rent or mortgage. Then they don't understand when purchasing a expensive car the expense of maintenance is even higher. Hell for a BMW an oil change alone is going to cost you a couple hundred bucks when a Toyota will cost you 50 60 bucks max lol. At the end of the day invest in purchasing a home which is a valuable asset its alright to rent when you starting off but its about ownership at the end of the day isn't that what Joe is all about 😂

Mel made a fantastic point about renters in LA. I live in LA and recently purchased a home and when shopping around for home loans the loan officers say the complete opposite. They say you have to beware of the people who have the nice cars because people will go buy a 70k 80k 100k car before they buy a home and if things go south they would rather pay they car note before rent or mortgage. Then they don't understand when purchasing a expensive car the expense of maintenance is even higher. Hell for a BMW an oil change alone is going to cost you a couple hundred bucks when a Toyota will cost you 50 60 bucks max lol. At the end of the day invest in purchasing a home which is a valuable asset its alright to rent when you starting off but its about ownership at the end of the day isn't that what Joe is all about 😂
