    Prednisone is the only thing that works for me

    They just put me on it and I’m feeling awful. I think it’s giving me depression as well as physical pain and I feel like I’m just dying

    I was put on this medication in 2017. Had the same reaction. The rash covered my hair to my feet. I ran a high fever of over 101 off and on for weeks. I stopped taking it. It got so bad I had oozing sores on my arms and in my head that my hair matted together. I had a lot of hair loss. Took 6 months to get back to normal.

    Invest in a holistic nutritionist. I was on immuran and when i made some lifestyle and diet changes it helped a lot. Try to find a plan with your dr to get off immuran. Does more harm than good

      I don't know if it works for everyone but I have made a lifestyle change and have become vegan. I don't eat meat, diary or gluten. My natropath told me that auto immune disease feeds on gluten so cutting out gluten decreases the chances of your condition getting worse. It is hard to adjust to but I honestly feel so great and so much energy since making these changes, all the best to you hun

      Thanks a lot Mia!!!! I have tried sticking to a vegan diet before I was just concerned where to get Protein other than dairy.. what you said will definitely help me.. thanks again...

      Some other sources of protein aside from meat and dairy are: lentils, tofu, black beans, quinoa, amaranth, soy milk, green pea, artichokes, hemp seeds, oatmeal, pumkin & chia seeds, tempe, edamame, spinach, brocoli, asparagus, almonds, spiriluna, chick peas and my fav organic penut butter. I think a lot of people think they need milk and dairy for their main source of protein but I have done a lot of research for my own health and I have managed fine without meat and dairy. I also think dairy causes more harm to our bodies than good so almond milk is my go to =)

      That is true... You are heaven sent!!! thanks a lot for all these information, honestly I have been sick and tired trying to find protein sources and you have helped me a lot..
