M3 and M4 are in the output path, have same aspect ratios and m=8, thus mirroring coefficient is 4. What's the best method for achieving highest matching quality? Based on the given circuit and also based on the critically of the circuit we have to decide either to go common centroid or interdigitation based matching pattern

All those blocks are not small units,a group of people will take month's togather to complete one ldo , dac, PLL ,etc ..... So it's impossible to explain over all layout design

Exactly correct , if you want precise matching or critical Design,go for common centroid regardless of the any design i.e diff pair or current mirror
