Seemed like an excelent driver, no damage to truck caused to himself, and all contents and trailer were respected whilst driving at a respectable speed.... He was even trying to solicit additional customers for the business.... excelent P.R. work (public relations)... Shortly before 10:30 a.m., driver stopped the vehicle in the middle of a street in Canoga Park and brief standoff with police ensued.
As officers pointed their guns at the suspect, he exited the truck with his hands on his head, walked out in front of it and lay down on ground. The officers then approached him and took him into custody without incident.

Unnecessary long "chases" are the trade mark of the LAPD. Some result in endangerment and/or injuries to the innocent public.

seems like the announcer is saying the equivalent of 'he's on drugs' or 'he's unstable' way too often. adrenaline and panic are stronger than anything else i've heard of.
this is a lot of drama when it should have been over soon as they got him in their sights seem red flag like he said it could go on for hours till ya stop him red flag 'fake'
