    Hi Giri, fantastic to see people using Indian clubs, but it's a shame you aren't utilizing the main benefit which is swinging.. the use of gravity and a longer lever will gently traction the joints, and movements like the heart shape swing improve internal and external rotation, abduction etc. 🙂

    Great video, and thank you for posting! My first set of Indian clubs will be arriving tomorrow and I’m looking forward to getting started with these three exercises. I’m currently recovering from hernia surgery, so this will be a great opportunity to learn the basic Indian club movements with light weight and to do some much needed work on my shoulder mobility. I hope that I can make Indian clubs a bigger component of my strength and conditioning routine even after I fully recover from my surgery.
