On the pie cuts, did you have any sort of resource you read to help you out be methodical about them? Could tell the planning was top notch as well as the y-pipe unit fell into place there. Excitement of exhaust notes always seems to overcome taking care of things like oil pressure gauges...that seemed like something I'd run into.
All I have really done is watch some videos on how to do the pie cuts. But other than that just learn as I go. What I like to do is just start each end of the exhaust. And work toward each other. It was easier with the truck exhaust because I knew I had the flex pipe in there so it didn’t have to be perfect.
Of coarse anything is possible with enough modification. But the dt466 is about 8inches longer. And 4 inches taller than the 360. With about 300 pound difference.
Thinking of doing a similar swap in my 57 international a120. You guys have given me some good ideas.
Go for it!!
I am in!!! I have been wanting to do a build like this for a long time. Thanks for taking the time and making this channel. BTW great job

Trying to replace the diferencial and front axel on my 73 loadstar 1700 will a 2007 international 4300 application will work.
You just need to measure the width of the frames. Most medium duty trucks are the same. So it should be fine. But I would double check.
I'm going to start me a build and I want to do a loadstar
They are a fun truck to build.
Do you have a video or videos of the DT360 install? Or willing to share what all you had to do to make it fit?
Yes I have covered everything in my videos. You just have to bolt the motor mounts in. Cut out the firewall to make room for the engine.
Woulda Dt466 be able to run behind one of these or not cuz I wanted to do a Dt466 swap but in an Bricknose f350 cclb or a 92 F350 Aeronose

Where did you get the 5” pipe from?
From a local diesel shop.
@@gingerauto Thanks! Picked my ‘78 1700 yesterday. Now comes all the fun!
