The door panel is like the belt for that plastic part covering the screws. Unless it was broken or saw off before….
Not necessary to remove the door panel. Just pull it right top to make room. :)

Not necessary, only need to remove inner mirror cover.

You never mentioned what size the torx screws are in the door and the mirror. What size are they?
I noticed that these are not the mirrors that come with a folding mirror switch on the door panel ...
so a e90 mirror will fit a e93?
