Thomas always complains about the BMW dash board being the same throughout all of the series, but I actually like that they do it that way. I have a 3 series and an X5 and I love that I didn't have to learn two different setups.

Neither reviewer mentioned the biggest virtue of the G-wagen, the amazing view outward. The A-pillars are fairly narrow and the huge vertical windshield gives a panoramic view unlike any other vehicle I've been in.
Please never stop making these videos. They really cheer me up, even I’m not interested in cars a little. You are a great Duo ❤️

@Lil_LyriX I haven't had any problems with my m4 of my f86 x6m but bmw makes their outgoing models obsolete so they depreciate quicker than any other german brand. I'll never purchase a bmw again because of that alone

Speaking from someone who works at a BMW dealership, the X750i is a fantastic car to drive. It’s very easy to maneuver, is quick (sounds good too), and extremely comfortable. The interior lighting is spectacular at night. It drives much smaller than it is.

if you take the x7 you should take the GLS or GLE from mercedes...

Looking back, I actually think I was a bit harsh on the x7’s grille. It’s definitely a larger grille, but the car is large too, so it kinda balances out. The new m3, m4, and 4 series in the other hand, oof. Black is prolly the best color for any of those since it will make the grille blend into the body better.

The correct comparison for a G Wagon is either a Land Rover Discovery or Toyota Land Cruiser / Lexus GX.
When they say that's wrong, what they really mean is BMW was the only one that said ok to providing a press car.

G wagon has tons of character and class. BMW X7 looks like something my granny would adore. Nuff said.
It would be better if the chrome grill of x7 is replaced with carbon frame. The vertical lines may be made more broad. The park light may be replaced with horizontal stretching lites parallel to headlights, and the part of the bumper also made more bulky

@@Thigrandil It's the giant nostrils. My coworker normally drives an Alpina 7 Series or S65, but when he got his wife the new X7, he brought it to work one day. Those giant hairy nostrils just kill it. Otherwise, it was a nice ride, my Lexus looked like a Ford Pinto in comparison. I haven't watched this whole video yet, but those things have this smartkey that has to be charged like a smartphone. I think it's an option, not a standard key.

I drove a G63 once and I have to say the feeling you gte in it just hits different.It's the same with all G-Classes. You don't really have that SUV Feeling, but a luxurious Offroad Vehicle. It has so much charme, you can't really beat the G-Class for me. I always said I would never buy a SUV (If I had much or even enough money) but the G-Class changed my mind. Would buy the G-Class if I wasn't so darn broke

I was lucky enough to have an opportunity to drive the x7 50i m sport. That thing is a BEAST. quick for its size and super comfortable. And makes its presence known. If I had an easy 100k+ to spend on an SUV right now, I’d get it (I’m being biased lol)

How come? 2014. Mercedes G 500 original price was $120k , now super clean examples (low milage, 1 owner, full service history) sell for $70k. That's $50k lost on a car in 5 years (almost 50% of it's value). Please don't buy a Mercedes G wagon if you don't need it for off-road because everything that makes it good off-road makes it bad on-road.

Me and my husband literally own these two cars, G65 and BMW X7M, and after getting a bmw we are getting rid of g waggon. it looks cool and it’s gangsta, but doesn’t come any close to a bmw drive! x7m is the best car we’ve ever owned, fast and smooth, drives like a knife on the butter
