I dont want to say this happens to everyone but in my personal life, i lived a productive and diciplined life when things got bad. A few years later things got worse, days got depressing, and i started making bad decisions, addictions keeping me down in my pit. As i currently type this im at a point now where i either give up the things of the world for the path that God has very obviously laid in front of me, or i keep smoking and doing nothing. I need to get up and fight for my purpose.
I just quit alcohol 2 months ago after drinking for over 20 years. It's hard, but I want to be able to think clearly and do something with my life. Please don't waste your life with an addiction. Clean out your mind and start fresh.
Im 52 years old and have not stopped yet to try to better myself. Shit will hit the fan sometimes more than other times but it's how you think about it that will either push you up and keep going or leave you on the floor looking up. Stay strong, never give up!
