My huskie has been similar even to breaking the starting pawl once the serious cord pulling started! In the end I fitted a cheap Chinese carb which cured the problem but spent ages fiddling with screws. It'll start 3rd pull everytime but every once in a while it'll go flat for a few moments and then away again. Every load of firewood it cuts is a bonus as far as I'm concerned
Thank you for the comment. I have had a few successes with the cheap Chinese stuff but I have also had a few duff ones. I don't know what has happened to Husqvarna, the fuel can is rubbish every one that I have come accross has the same fault. I bought two helmets one Stihl and one Huski just so that my son and I knew which was which, same price but the Huski one is no where near as good as the Sthil and it seems that the saws have gone the same way. Regards, Jon
I think the cheap bits are worth a try for cheaper machines or like with your carb tools where quality of build isunt high priority. You have to hand it to them they cover alot of stuff Anyway enjoying your videos si nce I found your channel
