From the very first movie when you see Vader, you are hooked. It's his story from start to finish, sad, tragic, powerful, Vader is Star Wars no matter whom they introduce down the line.

The Jedi Council knew Anakin had issues when they first admitted him to the order. Instead of helping him face those issues they they gave him to someone who had only just finished his own training and was clearly not ready to take on a student.
I'll never get over how tragic and sad the story of anakin Skywalker is. It only stops being slightly so terrible when he is redeemed at the end of ROTJ but the countless years of suffering and pain outweighs it by a lot.
He Tried to save the ones he loved and they died for it, He Tried to see his kids but was told they were dead his whole life He Tried to live in peace, but was enslaved in a heavy uncomfortable suit for his life. And finally when he turned good again and saved his son, he died for it.
If you could have edited Obi-Wan's lines so that it was just him speaking and without the whole audio (background music, etc.) that beginning would have been perfect. Still great though
i never noticed before but at 1:41 the lightsaber looks purple like the sith turned jedi color, i wonder if it is just bad resolution or if this was intention since anakin was in transition the other way
