Pcy installed my 350, with a power assist, GO check to make sure they installed a 50 amp inline fuse, they didnt on mine and when the pump caught fire it almost burnt my boat down 12miles out. Go Check for a 50amp inline fuse. Plus dometic makees an awesome autopilot pump that mates to the side of the pa pump, elimates extra hoses.
Here is an idea, get some big flex tubing and clamp them to the bottom of the rod holders leading to the bilge so they do not get all those pumps wet.

Looking good brother. I called my Suzuki dealer getting all info this week. Will be repowering over winter with the same 200s possibly fly by wire. Going to be amazing on the 261 mako!
That is awesome that will really help with charters and commercial fishing time wise
Couple suggestions. Run n2k network from engines to mfd and switch batteries to lithium and save some weight. You'll be able to control autopilot from mfd and overlay gages on mfd. I run ionic lithium on my boat. Saved tons of weight.

Weird idea i may have smoked a little something funky this morning while watching this but if you ran like a short tube off the bottom the rod holder into the bilge to get rid of the water, kinda ghetto but definetly works to move water away from the pump.
Those guys have more patience than me I can't stand someone looking over my shoulder and asking questions when I'm trying to work on something lol!!! I'm sorry I would have run you guys off they deserve a fishing trip for sure for staying that calm! I can do alot of cussing while working. Hope you love those engines

Put some 1/4 hose on the rod holders over the power assist pump so it’s not dripping directly on the pump

Nice repower. Did you ever get some performance numbers like top end trimmed out and full RPM? What boat is that and estimate weight? I would like to repower my boat with these motors, but just not sure if I will get the same performance I have today from my 2 strokes.

You never confirmed the cost of the motors and install? I have been Nicole and dimming a Suzuki dealer not too far from me. Finally, today we agreed on $41k supposedly that's with the March incentive and the 4-4-2 program. Still have a gut feeling that I'm paying to much? The motors will be 2024 fly by as well

You should of built a new boat from scratch. After all the painting and motors you still have a old boat with new motors. And in the long run it is costing more money than if you went all new!
The only thing that’s old is the hull. And there is nothing wrong with that

9500 that’s how much a 90 hp cost
