This is a great video! Sometimes I have anxiety and I'm afraid that that anxious energy might be coming across as something negative to others and I have to try to keep a positive mindset.

Hello! I’m a young college student and I recently wrote a script which I was hoping could get adapted for television/Netflix. I would also like to act in it too but it seems hopeless. As someone who had chronic depression … this was a needed video and something we need to talk about in this industry!! Acting and training helps me but that’s not the case for every actor. For me, it actually benefits my acting. (Still do everything in my power to be in a better mindset) But it can be really hard sometimes.
