Actually condominium rental is cheaper in area like petaling jaya, but you'll need a car because most pj area quite far from train station 😂my foreigner neighbour was shocked when they moved in our condo in PJ, rental below rm1800 and all food/groceries around the area also considered cheap compared to mont kiara ,Klcc, bangsar
im thinking about purchasing our own car, but it is a bit expensive for us. Actually, now we are living in a condo, which has easy access to grocery stores...etc. As long as I live in this condo, we would not buy a car. lol but if we move to another condo, which is less convenient, then we would buy it ;) haha
