ALADDIN WELCOMES ONE MILLIONTH GUEST TO BROADWAY’S
NEW AMSTERDAM THEATRE AT JULY 23 PERFORMANCE
(Thursday, July 23, 2015) Earlier tonight at the New Amsterdam Theatre, home to Disney’s Tony Award®-winning hit musical Aladdin, the show welcomed its one millionth guest since beginning performances on Broadway on February 26, 2014. Stephanie Lubin, a medical student from Melville, Long Island, was surprised with two round trip Delta One™ tickets on Delta Air Lines between the US and Europe and a complimentary three night stay for up to ten guests in Tuscany, Italy at the Casale I Bianchi-Toscana Resort Castelfalfi, “the elegance of simplicity, the comfort of luxury,” in partnership with luxury villa provider Villas of Distinction.
Stephanie’s guest for the evening, high school sweetheart Kevin Sparaco, had suggested the two try the daily lotto for day-of Aladdin tickets. Stephanie won the couple a pair of tickets at the lotto, and as their tickets were scanned upon entering the theatre, the usher discovered that Stephanie was the one millionth guest. Aladdin cast members Jennifer Rias and Angelo Soriano surprised them with confetti, sashes and champagne, and the couple was upgraded to premium orchestra seats. At the curtain call, Aladdin’s Tony-winning Genie, James Monroe Iglehart, granted the final wish, the trip and villa in Tuscany, in front of the entire audience. - Розваги

That's awesome! But wouldn't it have made more sense to give them a trip to Disney World or at least somewhere more "desert-y"?? haha Just my thoughts.

When I saw Aladdin on Broadway I not only got to meet the cast at stage door, but I also got my seat upgraded mid show from balcony to bring pretty close to the stage in the orchestra. That was awesome, and also totally unexpected
