    Great Video- I had a 15 lb Brisket and it didn’t fit on the racks. LOL

    My old Bradley auto feed sucks, anymore then one puck and it jams up

      Mine did as well! You need a new feeder motor! Really easy to change

    Overcooked, no pink color in the center. I have seen better looking brisket coming out of an Bradley. I have one too, the older model and I had better results. Over 20 hours is way to much and that black bark is carcinogenic by the way.

      Chud’s Weber brisket is how a beautifully cooked brisket should look. Juicy and you can still see the web of fat crying juice in between the muscle strands

    I was thinking about getting one of these...until I saw this video. Thanks for saving me some cash. No smoke ring at all and dry. That looks like it was cooked in a regular oven. The fact that this video was uploaded on the official channels shows me this company doesn't know what a proper brisket looks like. My $400 Pit Boss makes briskets 10X better than this Easy Bake oven. 😂

      its a binder for the bark. you wont taste it.
