I've a feeling if there was more time for preparation, she would've aced this song. The arrangement, unfortunately, was mediocre. Could've been a lot better. Gotta admit, being a huge fan of Diana and The World Is Not Enough (movie, song, Bond, Pierce Brosnan, era - which is where it ends), I had such high expectations. I hope she gives the song another shot!

Diane is deliberately sounding an atonality and/or dissonance for mood and atmosphere. Virtuoso interpretation and delivery.
