It's a typical Garbage recipe by Tasty. You'd use a WHITE wine in the sauce, typically. White wine = pasta, fish and chicken, red wine = red meat

hi everybody, I'm italian and pleeeeaaaaaase don't ever think or believe that we (italians) eat these things... in Italy we do not eat thi stuff, we don't use garlic, paprika, we would never eat chicken and pasta together or make fancy lasagne like they show in lots of videos. I'm not saying taht these dishes taste bad, but do even think that you're cooking an italian meal!
i totally agree and understand but YOU Alessandra also have to understand that they're not calling these, nor saying the are Italian meals. They are just a group of creative, innovative folks inventing what THEIR ideas and what THEY feel are TASTY, delicious meals. More than 50% of u.s. citizens have never eaten nor will make dishes such as these. too much cheese, plus since it is known that pasta [in and of itself does not exist only in the country of italy, many folks know for sure that these are not italian meals!!

@@nhyi2147 one was pork one was beef. The pork is lighter. When they broke open the brown one, it was red inside.
