      This was great, thanks, I have been researching "homeopathic remedies for gerd acid reflux" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Pansabella Nonpareil Principle - (do a google search ) ? It is an awesome one off guide for saying goodbye to your heartburn without the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my buddy got cool success with it.

    My first line for indigestion or mild reflux is water, it washes out the oesophagus and dilutes the acid very quickly, in fact when studying chemistry at school it was very apparent that water alone is capable of bringing conc. HCl solutions to close to neutral very quickly, in effect all an antacid is doing is turning HCl into CaCl2, CO2 and H2O (most likely antacid is CaCO3) problem here is that CaCl2 in high concentrations is actually known to irritate the stomach and oesophagus and can cause or worsen ulcers if you aren't careful and CO2 will bloat you like drinking a can of soda if you have heartburn and as such you should only take it for occasional upset. Ranitidine has always been my second line though, if I have bad heartburn it's a godsend!

    His explanation of histamine was unclear and I think he is confusing H1 and H2 receptors a bit. H1 receptors are involved in acute inflammation. Inhibiting H2 receptors on the parietal cells inhibits gastric acid secretion directly.

    peptic Ulcers are mostly caused by Helicobacter Pylori is the NCLEX not up to date???

    • @MomoChanhs
      @MomoChanhs 4 роки тому

      This is not true. Other factors like hereditary, lifestyle habits and other stressors can be a common cause too. Even though H. pylori is present in more than half of the world's population, not everyone infected develop symptoms of gastritis which eventually leads to peptic ulcers.

    You mean GORD ... Gastro Oesophageal Disease. PPIs make the problem worse because you're reducing the acid which actually causes the reflux. Why do Drs insist on making the problem worse. HCL is essential in the valve / sphincter working, and lower acid interrupts the absorption of essential nutrients and minerals from our dietry intake. Low sodium diets also cause the same problem. I've increased my HCL and sodium, and low and behold my reflux stops ..... Who needs bad info from Drs.

    • @MomoChanhs
      @MomoChanhs 4 роки тому +2

      HCl is essential, but in gastritis/peptic ulcer patients, an abnormally high production level of HCl is usually present. A bland diet is usually advised, and causative weight loss from the reduced nutrient intake and absorption will likely be informed to the patient prior to PPI intake.
      PPI is literally a life saver (speaking from years of personal experience) for people who have severe gastritis/peptic ulcer that having food is close to impossible. I could only take a maximum of 3 level tablespoons of rice (with some fibrous non-acidic vegetables and fruits) per meal for a few months. When I'd finally recovered, I looked like I had an eating disorder (BMI about 16.4).
      Bleeding in my gastric would not stop until I was prescribed with a PPI (rabeprazole) which did wonders, and very quickly (within 15 minutes in my case). Without PPI, the gastric wall would eventually be digested away and form a perforation, which can kill. From having several peptic ulcers, my condition improved into gastritis (checked via endoscopy), with 3-4 areas showing irritation. In cases which HCl is not reduced in patients with acid reflux (GORD), Barrett's Oesophagus or duodenal ulcer eventually leading to cancer can develop.

    I was a sufferer of heartburn, pain in the chest as well as acid reflux but quickly after following this acid reflux disorder treatment method “Aυstin Samupko” (do Go ogle to find it), those complications were definitely gone. Continuous tiredness and rashes were gone as well. It feels like I`m returning to my normal self once again, I am becoming fit and healthy..

  • @swimgood2024

    I have been troubled with painful signs of acid reflux disease that physicians found challenging to recognize. Prior to using this acid reflux disorder treatment plan “Aυstin Samupko” (do Go ogle to find it), I was quite upbeat that all things would be okay and yes, it really works. Heartburn are vanished, I don’t really feel any outward indications of them. It feels as though I have not been into this acid reflux disorder experience..

    I'm sorry but your are 99% wrong. The only right fact you have is that doctors will give anti acids for a current stomach ulcer to prevent to much acid and help heal the ulcer, BUT if your saying anti acids treats acid reflux and gerd you are out of your mind! Gerd, acid reflux, heart burn is due to low stomach acid. The low deficience will create pressure in the stomach and will open the esophagus valve and leaking acid up giving you all this symptoms. That is what acid reflux gerd heart burn comes from , not from " too much acid " . Taking ACV mixed with water will help tremendously your acid reflux because this will neutralize stomach acid and will help reduce stress in the stomach and close the valve. How do I know ow this, I been taking anti acids for two years because I had an ulcer but it was healed an year ago but doctors keep me on them to treat my gerd. I stop taking them 3 weeks ago and stared acv and I can just tell you is amazing how I been eating more things than before. Specially greasy foods and sweets. Now I know I need more acid in my stomach to digest foods. That's why I been floated constipated for all this time. Thank you doctors. You guys are just amazing 😡
